Our welcoming robot is called Mika. Mika is a welcoming robot designed for TheaterNetwerk Delft, which organizes the Winterfestival of Delft. The main feature of Mika is to make selfies with the visitors of the festival. Mika connects historic Delft with the technology of TU Delft. Mika utilizes the trend of selfie, Instagram and snapchat to interact in a playful manner with the people. The selfies will be placed on the internet, so that the users can share the photo. Mika will create a unforgettable memory.
