20 Jan - 2020

A robot picking up cigarette butts from the beach, a robot lifting suitcases in an airplane hold, and a robot building a wall. These and five other robots will be demonstrated during the demo day of the minor Robotics of the TU Delft on Friday 24 January 2019 in RoboHouse, Delft.

The demo day is the annual highlight of the minor Robotics, an educational programme in which student teams from different disciplines work on a robot for five months, with all the challenges that come with it.

This year eight different teams are working on a robot, commissioned by a client. In many cases the robots have to solve a concrete problem. During the demo day on 24 January, the teams will present the results of their efforts.

Date and time: Friday 24 January, 15.00 – 17.00 hrs

Location: RoboHouse, Julianalaan 67, Delft
