A driving, litter sorting robot for the Science Centre that motivates people to discard their litter properly and is also an attraction.
Description
An autonomous driving robot for the Science Centre that motivates people discard of their litter properly, into the robot. The litter is inserted into a hole representing its mouth and it has two LED matrices rep- resenting eyes that are used to display emotions. After litter has been inserted the robot separates plastic bottles and cans, coffee cups, and general litter and highlights which type of litter has been sorted with LEDs and symbols on the front side of the robot, representing these categories. The robot has a segmented container that can be removed and emptied
